calls home phone, but wont leave a message on the answering machine. when called back they answer Oxford Financial. would not admit to being a collection agency. when asked what they do he answered that they were a financial institution. he could only help if he knew which number they called. i was smart enough to call from an unrelated number. WHAT FINANCIAL INSTITUTION HAS UNLISTED NUMBERS OTHER THAN COLLECTION AGENCIES?
