I have been pestered by this number as well as another Comcast telemarketer 800 983 0950. Both access my voicemail - costing me minutes but leave no message - just static. This is illegal and I filed a complaint with the national Do Not Call .gov agency. I have never even used Comcast.
I called Comcast today and told them about these numbers and they put me on their internal Do Not Call list . The customer service person said it will take 30 days to remove my number from all lists during which time I might receive another call - try another 15 or 20.
I keep receiving calls from this number and when I call back it says it's Comcast and they are experiencing technical difficulties and to call back later, the call came it a few minutes before 9 PM. Can I report them for calling and hanging up?
They keep calling so I called back & it said it was Comcast the caller ID says Evergreen Sales. The message said they were having technical difficulties & to call back later, then I was disconnected.
Yep, repeated calls to my cell, they leave no message, and when I call back the message says: "Thank you for calling Comcast. This call may be monitored or recorded for quality purposes. Please hold for next available agent. (brief pause) We are experiencing technical difficulties. Please try your call again." Of course, then they hang up.
This is on Evergreen's website - I'm curious to know it it will work!
