They keep calling, left a message said something about an arrest warrant. I believe it is a debt collector for pay day loans. Cashnet USA or Plain Green Loans. Message was for someone else. Told them they have the wrong person but they still keep calling.
They scared the crap out of me. I didn't think a civil matter could ever land me in jail, but for a minute it scared the pants off me bc I had taken a payday loan and never paid it back years ago. I looked on the circuit court access, and it's all a bunch of bologne. This should be criminal on so many levels.
These people call every few months. I did answer it once and immediately called the Sheriff's office and found out it is a scam. They are trying to get your bank account information to withdraw money. I didn't give them anything and advise that no one does.
