Who called from 5042737761

Caller ID showed Out of area.  No message left on answering machine.  Looks like a spammer with a changed phone number.

I also received a call;  From Kenner, LA; didn't pickup

I called this number back and it said it was a research company. Keep filing complaints with the FTC, to help stop robocalls, they are illegal and unwanted by most people. Center for Cognital Research I believe is what the recording said, when I called it back.

Called left message asking who I voted for. The election over the the f**k away.

Two calls within ten minutes.  Answering machine was on but they left no message.  How do we stop these unwanted calls?
