November 30, 9:07 PM -- Robo Calls are becoming more ingenious! Ken of customer service (company not named) asked, "Can you hear me okay?" That was the tip-off that this was a robo call and not a live person. There was a distinct pause for a person to reply. In that split second, I said, "I don't know who you are. Take me off your call list." The robo voice rode in over my comment before I could finish. Immediately, I ended the call. Supposedly, the script was "paced" so that an answer of "yes" or "no" was all there was time for. That this call came at 9:07 PM was even more disgusting.
