Received a call from this number. It was about Obama care. Listened to the entire message and at the end they said to press "9" to un-subscribe. I pressed 9. We'll see if it works.
I gotten a no-message call from this number yesterday and one from 571-206-1121 today. I'm assuming that it's the same phone bank. Caller ID just says "Leesburg VA".
