I got a call from this number impersonating an officer claiming I had committed fraud on my taxes and they will be issuing a warrant fir my arrest if I didn't call back
I have received calls from this number numerous times, but today was the first time that they left a message. I had a good laugh listening to their threat of sending my name to the authorities for tax evasion and tax fraud. If they could let me know when I had that kind of money, I would appreciate it. They are being turned over to the local police and to the IRS from me. So totally ticked off that they can get away with such crap!!
Yep. Just this morning the guy called himself "Officer Melvin". Some guy with a foreign accent claimed that there is a tax complaint against me (keeping in mind that he never once identified whom it was he was trying to reach) for tax evasion. He left the phone number that led me here after I did an internet search. I figured it was a phishing scam or money scam. Maybe I'll call him back and tell him that Allah is a pedophile who rapes little boys.
