Seems to be a robo call.  Leaves no message.

no answer. would not have picked up, but i thought some one might be calling me from virginia.

Tried to answer no pick up on their end.

I've added a complaint against 571-210-6599 to the Federal Do Not Call web site.  It's easy:

I generally add to the complaint a suggestion that the FTC allow us to receive 50% of the fine charged when they finally get around to locating these lawbreakers.
