had at least 10 calls from this number within the last 48 hrs and they have used the title nrs, national republican com,and one i cant remember. it always rings several times. time of calls range from 8;30 am to 9;30 pm. i have about had it with them.
I am retired...I am a member of the republican party and I know that once you give you get hundreds of donation requests...BUT here is the funny thing----they don't call my number----just dozens of calls on my wife's number and she doesn't give them anything, is not a member, and she doesn't care how desperate they are!!! The only thing that pisses me off is that they interrupt my afternoon naps!!!
Call came in at 8:10pm MST (after hours for any solicitation/sales call). Caller ID read IRS, but it wasn't a 1-800 number....TWO red flags. I turned off my answering machine and just let it ring. I'm buying one of those call interception machines tomorrow. It'll block the call and emit the "phone number is not in service" message.
