They have called twice a day for the past 2 weeks.  Whoever is on the other line does not say anything.

Quite calling me. You are wasting your time. I won't answer a call that I do not know who it is. I am glad I found this place to find out that it is nothing but a Scam.  Try someone else.

When I try to call back the phone number, I get a "this number has been disconnected" message.
We've gotten calls a few times today.

I have received several calls from 571-229-5659 sometimes 10 a day with nobody saying anything. They finally said Hello, I'm with GO Contractors and before he could said anything else I said NO don't call here again. But needless to say they keep calling, so we went to the police department. They pulled up information on the company and made a report noted the calls and forwarding on to the FBI. I also, called the Federal Trade Commission ( 1-800-382-4357 ) and reported them. If more people take legal steps maybe just maybe they will stop
