got same call from this number. They have used a variety of numbers over the last few years. Deals with chargeoff from 11 years ago. Well past the 7 year point. I have not answered as a result of internet postings. It is NOT AMEX.
I repeatedly told the caller that cannot and will not pay a debt of more than 12 years ago. Today in less than an hour, I received three calls. They claim to have my address but still I receive calls shortly past 6:00 AM.
Keep getting calls even after sending Am Ex registered letter asking for
1) copy of original contract with my signature
2) validation of original "Date of Delinquency" for alleged debt
3) validation of the "Date of Last Activity" for alleged debt
4) validation that this debt is within statute of limitations
