Whomever this is, I suspect they are also calling and blocking their number as it shows up as "anonymous". I never answer anonymous calls. These calls start at around 8:08 every day including Sunday and continue like clock work (as if they're on an auto-dialer). Sometimes, after the "anonymous", a call appears 2-7 minutes later from this number. No messages are ever left and when I call the 571-262 7319 back using *67, they either don't answer or auto-cut the call which then results in you hearing a "reorder" tone (known as a 'fast busy').
I will never answer these calls! Just ignore them. If they're collectors, then assume they have your address and they can correspond with you via mail.
This is a University recruiter. I am applying online for jobs. These "universities" support or pay for information on the posting sites. They auto dial the numbers and pick up after the have finished the previous call. You may have to burn minutes off of your phone. Sometimes, if you don't pick up by the 2nd or 3rd ring, they keep going. They don't want to leave a message. They need the element of surprise to talk you into something you were not ready to consider. They simply don't care if they waste your time, cost you minutes, or interrupt the job search to feed your family. If you here the call center sounds in the background, and they finally pick up, tell them to remove your number from this list. They will, they have to.
