1. Cold caller pretend to be IRS,
2. Tells you terrible things are going to happen to all your assets,
3. Tells you that he or she can make the whole thing go away if
4. You send them some money by some untraceable means.
And that's about it.
Been around a while, women seem particularly vulnerable.
They called me last week from 571 290 2043, they left me a voicemail with a similar scripts as what has been mentioned above. From "Mike Watson's" accent, I was able to tell they were calling from India.
They clearly have never lived in the US or know that no matter how hard you try, its nearly impossible to actually talk to a human when you call the "real" IRS, none the less without a 30 minutes hold time. haha clearly amateurs.
Seriously, one must be an imbecile to actually believe the IRS calls with a heavy indian accent, leaves a cell phone number on the voicemail, and then picks up the line within a few rings when you call back.
I led the guy on as long as I could, until he said we could settle these "owed taxes" with a one time payment over the phone. hahaha. That is when I asked him if I could pay him in rupees or with a goat. Puzzled he kept going with his accented script. When I was 12 I came up with better scripts for prank calls.
Eventually he got mad that I kept on asking him to clarify the numbers on the “owed taxes” and the dates lol and then he raised his voice and told me I was an idiot for not giving him my credit card to settle this "debt". lol thats when I let the beast inside of me lose and helped him understand why he was born from his moms [***] and that he should return back to the whole he came from as soon as possible. He started calling me a "[***] guy" haha. Just like the "you kicked my dog" guy, these are all the same pieces of [***], same breed. I certainly enjoyed my self and sure saved a few others from receiving his calls while I kept him busy.
He eventually hung up, I called back about 15 minutes, you can tell he was pissed as he could not make other calls. Then they blocked my number, so I called from another phone, same thing, they were so mad it was hilarious. I have never had so much fun while sitting on the toilet taking care of business.
Here is how we can win the battle, as soon as you get a call from these scum bags, grab their number, put an add on craigs list for a free plays station or something attractive for FREE, and put their number up for the public. Let the public kill their phone line. Repeat, and repeat, with every new number they have. Thats how we fight back.
One day, I'm going to spend spend the money to track their exact whereabouts, and I'll make sure their call center misteriously catches on fire in the middle of the night. And I'll make sure all the other call centers do until these cockroaches find a new career doing something legit.
