Who called from 5712988459

Called on behalf of American Red Cross and asked for my Dad who has never lived here.  Said they would update their records.  Fingers crossed!

in the past three days and at varying times during the day (up to 6p at one time), the number 571-298-8459 from "Woodbridge" (possibly from VA and not Woodbridge, IL) would call and hang up each time upon hearing my answering machine kicking in. Very annoying. 571 definitely is a cell phone prefix.
