I received 2 phone calls yesterday from a Jason miller.(571-298-8533) He claimed to be an IRS officer and presented a threatening tone asking me to call him back asap. He also claimed the matter was time sensitive. When I called back I got a message saying "licensed reached, # of calls limited and to contact administrator.? Going to report this to the IRS asap.
Don't be fooled by IRS impersonators. Almost all their business is conducted through the mail, not emails or telephone. I may be mistaken, but I don't think they'll cold call you unless you've contacted them recently. It's a lousy, timely ploy to scare receivers into giving out financial information. Like all other unknown numbers, ignore it all the way around.
I received a threatening call from Officer Eric Foster from the IRS too. I called the number back and he answered and I told him not to threaten me over the phone and he asked for my name which I did not give him and told him I was turning this in to the local police. He hung up on me and every time I try to call back again It is busy. The IRS and Police need to call this number .571-298-8535 back and do something about this. Thank you
I returned the call from officer Eric Foster. The officer who answered said his name was David Williams and his badge number was 171671. He accused me of tax fraud. When I told him I would never do that he repeated my comment back to be and said "okay the police will come around to arrest you". Then he hung up. When I dialed back I got a busy signal. What the hell!
Just Received An Email From This Officer Eric Foster From The IRS Threatening Unfolding Trouble If I Didn't Reply to The Phone# (571) 298- 8535. When I Called I Was Connected To Someone That Claimed To Be An IRS Officer. I Couldn't Undrestand His Foreign Accent! When I Asked To Be Connected To Someone I Could Understand, He Disconnected My Phone Call! Beware!!!!!!!!!
