Trent..claimed i won $ 90 000..from the federal government...i did not enter anything..but the other thing to claim i must pay $2000 processing and shipping charges before i can receive this 'win'..the address to this agency is supposed to be in washington..but this was the number..the person i am to pay is in sacramento , california ...to a man named James k. Kislow..zipcode 95838...
I did google the name steven j. Trent..he is reputed to be acting inspector general for afaghanistan

Who is this guy? One of my friends on Facebook said she did it and received her money in 24 he's by ups? She also said that after she made the payment ups called her directly. Is this a scam?
