He never calls just text or email. But will not leave it alone.

I also recieved a fb message from an old friend who told me she saw my name on some list,,and to contact agent Stevens,,,50,000.00 is what I'm told,,if i send 1,000.00 for processing fees,,,whats the deal??  SCAM OR NO SCAM?????

I got the number to the FBI in Boston Ma. They gave me the ic3 website. FBI numbers are easy to find online. I got the email adress from a western union agent. I never received emails or phone calls just facebook messages and text to my phone via internet. He can hack facebook accounts to he did it to my friends uncle and sent my friend a message. Contact local authorities as well he wants me to send money to james kislow in arkansas. He got us let's fight back and get him!

Of course it's a scam - how can you win a competition or sweepstakes you never entered?  Your friend didn't receive her money.  This is a variation on the Nigerian advance fee scam, where you are asked to pay taxes, fees, insurance, processing fees - whatever they want to call it - before you receive your "winnings".  There are NO winnings.
