I called back with *67 and they say, "Thank you for calling back, don't hang-up. This Phrase is repeated through out the call. After 3 "don't hang-up" I did. Called my cell. I won't answer numbers I don't recognize. No voicemail was left.
From the previous comment I can saw I get this robocall on my landline frequently.
