Called (for the umpteenth time) and asked for my wife. I started repeating everything he was saying and he finally hung up on me. I love messing with these low-life scammers.
They called me saying my loan application was approved. The person had a very thick Hispanic accent. Told them any loan application wasa lie and I would sue if they approved it then hung up.
Same as John Smith above then I called Virginia consumer affairs and they could only confirm that they had no complaints against Cash America in Virginia I then called FTC and reported this to them as well
Keeps telling me there is a problem with a loan application. The person they keep asking for does not exist. They call 2 - 3 times a day . This is a scam
This is a new scam. Now, they claim that they are from IRS, and I cheated on Taxes for 3 years.
Moreover, police is on his way to knock on my door, and hand cuff me. Solution: send them cash money via cash cards.
They are rude and have a very heavy accent. Not worth your time to waste talking to them. Be aware, it is a total SCAM.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
