Received numerous calls from this number. When asked who they are trying to reach I am told you! So I ask who is you! Then I get cursed out and hung up on.
I got the same message. Got my heart racing at first, but immediately figured it was a scam. The gov't doesn't call you, they send letters so they have a paper trail. Heartless.
Yea, I received that call this morning. I called them on their bluff. Asking them question. Then they hung up. So I called again asking more questions and they hung up again. So I called and now I get a busy signal. They hate it when you call them back and harass them also.
They called me and I called back and they asked for my name. They said Oh #### we are the IRS and there is a warrant for your arrest. All I said was that you have the wrong number. I never give out my number for one and if the IRS wanted to so badly call me they wouldn't be calling my cell it would be my house number and they would also be sending mail and callng a bunch of times before I hear this. It also sounded like some indian guy so I don't trust it. It sounds like a scam. Be careful! Do no trust!
The minute I called them back and said who the hell are you and why the hell aren't you speaking proper English they hung up the phone and when I called back low and behold all circuits are busy. I got the same call from a number in Los Angeles last week and they said I was going to be arrested for a payday loan I did not pay. When I told them I was on my way to my attorney's office they hung up the phone and the number was busy all the rest of the day. [***] crooks!
