Called @ 4:30 today. Didn't recognize therefore didn't answer and won't answer in the future. If they won't let their name come across the caller id then they won't get an answer from me!

I suspect yet another senior scam.  I got a recent call, which hung-up w/ no message.  This call came from the area code which includes the vicinity of Lorton Prison.  That is comforting...(not).
