yes same Spanish speaking person,with Cox communication.asking me if I live in Virginia Beach. I asked her why is she asking me that question. she said she had a promotion for me if I didn't live in Virginia Beach,which made no sense. so I hung up on her.
I have gotten nearly 20 calls from this number over the past week or so - 2-3 per day. I have ignored 19 of them. No voicemails were left. The one time I did answer, it was as stated in earlier comments: Spanish speaking Cox Communications supposed employee. Mine was male. He asked for somebody with last name Alvarez. I told him very clearly that he had the wrong number. He thanked me or apologized, and hung up. I think that was a couple days ago. I sent a text to it that said, "You have the wrong number, please stop calling me" in English and Spanish. I didn't get any error message from Verizon indicating it was a landline. An hour later, I got ANOTHER call from that number. Drives me nuts. Tomorrow I'm going to call the number back and see if I can get them to quit calling me. REALLY ridiculous.
