The IRS does not arrest people for small tax errors, period. The IRS also does not send police to your door, this is a Federal Agency and they have their own enforcement division. Usually if you are someone who committed a huge, and I do mean huge, attempt to evade taxes, then they might arrest you. What they do is give you the opportunity through the mail to resolve the issue and then possibly request that you come into their office. Now he does get one thing right when he says: "Unfortunately i paid the bail charges" because as the criminal he is he should have been held without bail and given the death penalty.
So as you can see this person with an IQ in the negative figures is a liar. Not only that but he has a problem with his identity because he just posted a similar message under another name.
