I've gotten like 5 called from this number in the last 3 or 4 days and they always call while I'm gone. They happened to call once while I was home and when I picked up and said hello, they hung up.
this guy sounded like he had smoked a couple of joints before he called...and OH YEA!...I'm "supposed" to get tix to see Billy Joel in Fairfax. He asked for my credit card #....DON'T GIVE IT! He said they were "non-profit."
I just got a call sunday at 12:45, listed as out of area they left no message. If you are on a do not call list, even charity's shouldn't be able to contact you unless you have had some prior busines with them, or so I thought.
