I received a call from this number. They didn't say who they were calling. All they did was start talking rapidly in a language I didn't recognize; not English, Spanish, German, Japanese or Chinese. After them taking and ignoring me I hung up.

Did a search, but didn't find any complaints and of course you can't find out who a number is now days with paying money.
