Received a message from Brian Smith from the IRS 571 526 0022. He said there was a lawsuit being filed against me and an arrest warrant in my name . I called him back and let him know that I have a message for him. I let him know that I just reported him to the FBI .

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
Just got a call from Officer Mark Smith as well. Unfortunately for him I am a fraud investigator...lol. I knew exactly what to do. I kept the call going and tried to get as much info as possible. He said his badge was 79328, and gave some phony case number. I am going to go back to work and see home many of these reports are waiting on me as they tend to come in waves. I agree they are trying to go after the elderly. Did they ever try to call you back?
I received the same call. Yes, they do think we are stupid. However, what concerns me are the vulnerable senior citizens. Something MUST be done to stop these people and other like them. If we all inundate our telephone company and demand that THEY do something (which they seem to refuse to do). When you call these numbers back, they are numbers that are not in service or disconnected. Certainly our telephone carriers must have some pull in stopping this.
