I just recived a cal that said irs from the 571-526-0025 and said he was officer Eric Foster and thats as far as he got when he said irs i knew it was scam so i hung up thank you
I was left a voice mail by someone at the "IRS" stating it was urgent and to call back. The number was 571-526-0025. They told me I made a mistake on my 2012-13 taxes and that there was a warrant for my arrest; the police would be at my house in 30-45 minutes.
Yep. I said fine, I'm not home. They wanted my lawyer or the agency that did my taxes to call them.... I realized it was a scam. The guy had a foreign accent.
i got a message from this number saying he was the irs when i called it he said that they would be freezing my account in 10 minutes and arresting me in 45 minutes if i didn't give them $4000 in 15 minutes also i wasn't allowed to talk to anyone else about the phone all i had him on speaker phone and when my boss started to talk to him he freaked out and started swearing at her this happened on 3-18-2015
