If you received a phone call from these bottom-feeders, please understand that their call is violating FDCPA rules.
First of all, they won't be coming to your house. That is misleading and against the law. Secondly, they do not say they are collecting a debt or the purpose of the call. Third, they do not say who is calling? Fourth, the claim number given is the same for everyone.
Folks, know your rights. Please please please please please please record and keep these calls. Depending on the state you live in YOU must state at the beginning of the call that you are recording the call.

ID themselves as "Arbitration Services"-- no other name. Typical debt scamming double-talk. In scam-talk "arbitration" means scamming debt collectors are at work trying to scare people into paying them money. Ignore them.
If they continue to call you, tell them you KNOW it's a scam and that you'll make a complaint for extortion at the local police department.
Record the calls, if you can. Put 'em up on Youtube.
Their number was marked as "restricted". I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. Left a message threatening me with a "summons" at my house within the next hour and I "better be there with photo ID". If I didn't want them to come to my house I should call the above number. Complete BS. I got the same call two days ago threatening me with a "summons" at my home within the next 24 hours and I "better be there with photo ID". If I didn't want them to come to my house they left a different number. But it was the same BS message so I know it's the same company. Never say the company name or what the complaint is about. I'm sure it's some bottom feeder that bought some unknown, and probably untrue, debt and are trying to scare me into sending them money. I bought a new house a little over a year ago, so I know there is nothing negative on my credit report. I'll just keep feeding their numbers into my block list and deleting their voice mails.
