I think it is connected to a possible scam

What  happened??  More information would help others who are called.

This guy said his name was anrhony morgan and he was from Hartford ct.and he new my husband and he had been hurt and need me to send him money

Sounds like an extortion plot to me.  I'd go to the police and report it.  You should do this in person.
