Who called from 6101889329

Would not answer me after two hello's and still a connected line.  My fault for answering after seeing caller id, Name Unavailable.

I get calls repeatedly from this number. I won't answer my cell phone cause I am charged for using the  minutes then.

They are hounding me on my cell phone!  they do not leave a message and I do not take the call.

Keep getting calls from 412/610 -188 numbers, being harassed multiple times a day

They change the caller ID number daily - most numbers start 610 188-****  They are scumbag telemarketers trying to get you to switch electricity providers.. They will not tell you the nemo of the company - they say they are calling from the Energy Discount Center or PECO Discount Center.  If you ask to be placed on the Do Not Call list or question them as to where they are calling from they hang up.  The company may be Great American Power.
