The number you are getting a call from is a ghost number. It all gets routed out of a business called Auto/Vehicle Processing Department in Santa Anna Ca. They are a complete rip off. Their main number used to be 1-800-356-8170. It may have changed.
They have been calling me 2-3 times a day, even weekends and usually hang up when I do answer. This time- the man asked for me and told me the warranty on my SUV was well past expired and I needed to re-new through them as soon as possible. I told them I've still got 2 years left of the manufacturer warranty. Then he hung up. I hope they don't call AGAIN!
610-200-5771, has called me 2-4 times a day for a month. Never answered being bed side with a family member at hospital. Finally had enough yesterday at noon and answered said they were with GMC asking about my car (chevrolet) wanting to know how many miles. I asked. What is this about, let me have u talk to my supervisor. He get on the line and wants to know why the cars not been parked at home, rattled off my address. I asked, JUST what is this call about? Click. I don't know what these people are all about but they are blocked.
I have received not less than 11 calls from this number since 7/7/14. They are calling me at the office, and after I go through the full introduction that we use here, no one ever speaks on the other end. Not sure if the calls are computer generated or human dialed. Would like for them to stop!
The caller I.D> for this number comes up as Glenolden, PA. Between 06/30 and 07/19 I have recieved 16 calls from this number. In the same time frame I have recieved an additional 6 calls fron Glenolden, PA from 2 additional numbers that I suspect are from the same people, The numbers are 610-200-5793 and 610-200-0361.
