I answered and said (as I must due to state law) "Hello this telephone call is recorded." No one spoke for 5 seconds so I said "Speak now or your number will be perminantly blocked. Five, four, three, two, one [as I counted the seconds]. Because you have not spoken your telephone number will be perminantly blocked. Goodbye." I have now used my Panasonic Cordless Telephone to block their telephone number from calling my home.
I missed original call so called back and some Indian dude answered and gave his name as well as company name but I couldn't understand either due to his accent. He then stated the phone call was being recorded. I told him his mom would be late getting home and that she cooked cow for lunch
Called and didn't leave a message. I called them back a couple mins ago. They immediately (before I even asked) told me their company name and the guy even gave me his name without asking. I couldn't understand the company name when he told me, and I don't feel like calling them back again, but it appears to be collection agency.
Only calls me on week days. The number from west Chester is only about 45 min from so I finally called back. Nothing but robot music for 50 seconds. Hung up because I was scared of what might happen after 60.
