This fax number is from Progressive Business Publications http://www.pbp.com/contact.asp. This is a scam business where they send bogus invoices for something they claim you ordered over the phone as a trial publication, but we did not. They tried to tell us they could prove it by our employee's birth date, which was also wrong. We called them to cancel this bogus order and they continue to call us anyway. Check out how many complaints the BBB has received - almost 500. These are rip-off artists. Ignore the call and turn them over to the BBB. That's what we did.
PS also you can google "Progressive Business Publications complaints"....there are hundreds or perhaps even thousands of complaints all over the internet for these jokers, on RipOffReport.com, complaintsboard,com, google finance, etc. They have tried (and failed, twice) to sue the BBB for 'defamation', and also have tried (unsuccessfully) to get an injunction against the National Do Not Call Registry to try to allow their calls to go through anyway. So, don't take these scammers seriously...nobody else does. They continue to call us after we had to 'cancel' our bogus order...I will just continue to ignore them since we have already had to turn the whole thing over to the BBB.
You obviously have not a clue as to what you are pontificating about. I have been dealing with Progressive Business Publications for 18 years. They are, without question, the best company we have dealt with regarding publications and periodicals. They immediately respond to all questions, concerns and favors we request. PBP wouldn't be in business as long as they have if they wouldn't be providing the service to as many Fortune 1000 companies like ours.

By the way, maybe the employee you are inferring about wasn't responsible enough to cancel an simple trial order! Did you take that into consideration? Also, did you try to contact them regarding "the problem"? Too many times people like yourself go on and on and on about companies without going to the source. That truly is IRRESPONSIBLE on your part.
This number was left after a phone message, saying if you have any questions here is our fax number. Who the heck gives a potential customer a fax number to call if you have questions? They said we ordered a free trial, if we did, we never got it, so I must agree with the first few posters. I am guessing Ken works for them. Ken, why are they so oblivous to give a fax number for answering questions? Why are you so angry that someone has posted the truth about this company? The BBB site doesn't post complaints lightly.
