I could hardly understand what the caller said. What I did understand was legal action being taken against my husband and that he should call that number. I told him to submit it in writing via certified mail. He acted like he did not understand what I was saying. This was the second call we received by this number. I looked the number up, and found it is a new number for a telemarketing business. Total scam.

This guy name Ray Parker called my employer pretending to be a detective with the financial fraud division. He called me before telling and I knew he was a collections agent so I told him to send me the bill in writing, he never did.
This guy Ray Parker called left mesage with my emloyer and on my cell phone to call back very important legal matter, tried to call the number back and it was disconnected, Ray Parker called from another number just 10 min ago I told him I tried to call back at the disconnected number and he said I didn't and gave him the number my client number that he left and he was SPEECHLESS and hung up. This is a bunch of BS and fraud and harassing.
Receiving these calls stating that I have a lawsuit pending against my name and SS#. They call my work and let whoever answer the phone aware that it is a Legal matter and very important that I return their call.. Today at work they called 20 different times.. My boss had chatted with them and informed them to stop calling or else.. But, what can you do when the are calling from overseas.
