I could hardly understand what the caller said. What I did understand was legal action being taken against my husband and that he should call that number. I told him to submit it in writing via certified mail. He acted like he did not understand what I was saying. This was the second call we received by this number. I looked the number up, and found it is a new number for a telemarketing business. Total scam.
Indian accent. Says the message is for Gary Cooper (the actor?). Wants me to call him back "the second" I get his message. So far I have ignored the call for weeks. But he keeps leaving the same recorded message. Annoying.
I jsut too gat a call but did not answer and they left a very length msg stating too this a legal matter. This is not the first time this has happened and the first time I told them that I was filing a report to the FTC with their phone number and I was hung on. The called had stopped for a long time and then they just started again. Once again I will call and ask for the info to be mailed to me and if they cannot send the info they I will have no choice to report them to the FTC and call them out for fraud. It will stop for how long not sure.
These people are a bunch of butts, they constantly call me threatening me and now they are going to call my job. I got so mad I told them to do and to stop calling my freaking number. I am going to call my lawyer and see what he suggest because they are getting on my last nerve.
this guy melvin also called me at home and work as soon as i started to question him he hung up on me. so i called back and told him i had spoke to the police he told me to stop calling him this guy is a crook
The person who called me also had a Indian accent saying his name was Shawn White, and I'm not trying to sound racist or come off stereotypical but that just doesn't add up. He called me stating the something as most of the post stated here and I never really believed him because he could never tell me the name of the company I owed but he had enough info on me for it to come off believable. To add, the background noise and static never gave a professional feel to the "supposed Company" so I brushed it off but the calls started coming more and more even from different numbers and sometimes blocked today at work I seen a sticky note with his name and number so I decided to Google it and I see this. so when he calls back which I'm sure he will I will demand a letter in mail and more details about this "Bill" that I owe.
