I have been receiving too as well from this #for the past 3 days.  I just blocked them from my #; thanks.
Legeally speaking, the calls can continue for no longer than 30 days from the time you asked them to stop.

I received a call from this number, trying to get me to take a survey. The company is Eastern Research Services, http://www.easternresearch.com/

The same number is been calling me. Not leaving any messages.

I received two missed call from this number and decided to google it; I only know one person from the 610 area.  Thanks to all these posts, I picked up the call to tell the caller that this number has a huge history of harassment and to please remove me from the list.  He was extremely apologetic and said I would be removed.  Let's hope he did this!!!
