Called today at 2:07 PM. Caller ID said Media PA. Wasn't the first time. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.
If it is as mike says above, a police benefit association, there is no such thing. It is a big scam that has run for years. They tell you that they are collecting for ....and they throw out an official Police sounding name, to take disabled kids to a circus. What a scam. I personally knew a guy that did this for a living back in the 80's and was subsequently indicted, tried and convicted and spent time in prison for just this kind of scam. They spoof #s. BEWARE!!
These callers are controlled by my sociopathic aunt, people she gets to harass us. They call early in the morning, to late at night. She placed spyware in our home, 3 months before we moved in. She enjoys having people call when we wake, or when we walk in the kitchen. C, PA police can't help. We see how you do ,Brenda!
