I don't know but they just called me with a recording saying they were going to serve me and wanted to set up a time and place to meet, except no one ever came on. The recording just kept repeating itself, then I called the ph # that it said to call and it is invalid. Help

Received a message from this number at 2:51pm and saying that I was going to be served with some papers. He "Robert Matthew" said since he is unable to get in touch via phone and now he will try to find me at my place of residence or my job. But the name he mention was not my name. And he also said this called served as notice?? I do not owe anything and don't know what is this about. Is this a SCAM???
they called me too! they left an automated msg w/ that same recording. i called back the number on the recording: 888-903-7350 and they were looking for a person w/ my same last name, but different initial. i said "there's noone here by that name" and they said "we'll remove your number". it was a guy (sounded like he was chewing on something) up to no good. i bet he would've said "pay now w/ credit card to get your summons removed.."
