She said she was WONDERING if they already had some of her personal information, and were trying to get more. SHE DID NOT SAY SHE GAVE ANYONE HER CREDIT CARD INFO. YOU ARE THE ONE WHO IS "DUMB", because your level of reading comprehension is that of a 5 year old...!!!! TAKE THAT TO YOUR IMAGINARY LAND IN THE EVERGLADES....!!!!!!
Received 17 calls in the last month. (Yes, really). No message left. On 2 occasions I answered the phone. They asked if they were speaking to me (had the right name). When I said, "Yes" they hung up.
I've since blocked the number -- I hope that works. I'm wondering if this really is the number that is calling me or if there is some way of spoofing my caller ID to make it look like this number.
This one has me stumped? What's their aim? If it is simply to confirm it is me, they have done that -- why call me 17 times?
Calls from this number come in once every other day. Wondering if they are just trying to confirm who I am because they have already gotten some serious information about me like credit cards, or checking account numbers, etc, I don't answer any more.
