Calls repeatedly but leaves no message

Very odd person calls and asks about peco, sounds like fraud

odd person called to see if i wanted to save money on my electric bill ???

If it is anything, they are looking to sign you up for directing us to a another provider of electric. If you do your home work. Look for a fix rate. This pass winter who ever was on a variable rate got wack this pass winter.

I've gotten 5 calls from this number in the last week but no message is left.  So glad I didn't answer the call.
