This number has been calling my cell phone daily for I don't know how long. I haven't answered because of the posts I've seen here. Well today I picked up, and without saying a word, the annoying voice on the other end very quickly said 'canIspeaktothepersonwhopaystheelectricbill?' The moment it was apparent I wasn't gonna be a sale, she hung up on me while I was mid sentence. Now I'm pissed, so I call back the number. At first I was immediately put on hold and listening to bad music. Then a guy gets on and says what sounded like, 'thank you for calling Experian Oil or Energy or something'
I told him about the daily calls and the rude person who hung up on me. I told him that if I had had an interest in his product, it was gone because of how I was treated. He was very apologetic and asked me if I knew the persons name. I asked to be removed from any call list they have and he apologized again and assured me they remove my number but it may take 24-48 hours. We'll see.
Calls a few times & every few days. It is a telemarketer regarding PECO customers and switching to another electric provider. Still calls even after I told them I would not be switching from PECO. Will need to block their number [if I can?].
