calls constantly, no message, just hangs up. Id says "IMC". Now calls all during day and now at night.

I get calls from this number "IMC" at least 3xs a day !!!   No message is ever left. I've checked the number and it is in fact a SCAM and I'm sick of these calls ! This has been going on for several weeks now.  I too am on the do not call list !  What good is that doing !
