Calls coming at unreasonable hours stand a good chance at coming from overseas with the number disguised to make it appear believable. Look at what time it is in the Middle East then and you'll probably see there's about a 12 hour difference between here and there, and within business hours. Just the same, they don't care about the time, day, age, health, any laws, lists, or anything but cheating and stealing. They run 24/7 365. Foul their plans up by not answering in any way and if you've got a landline, shut down the ringer or disconnect the line during night hours. If you'd risk possibly missing an emergency, consider a call blocker. Look for a good blocking app on a cell.
