This is Yellow Book collection dept. and they will harrass you to no end. I did a complete reconciliation of the account they were calling us about; it took an attorney to get this resolved.
They hire people with no experience and no skill & then when the account is completely messed up,
they don't want to talk to you, and it is up to the us the customer to pay or get an attorney.
