Got another call from this number and they left one unintelligible word on the voicemail. This phone number is the number of John S. Foley Associates in King of Prussia, PA. which is a small Management Consulting Services company. Why would they want to call people at the dinner hour or is this number being spoofed by someone else? Time will tell.

However one time a call under the 8931 number displayed a name of "TULSA FINANCL O". That may be the real caller identity or that is just another spoofed number. This 8942 number likely is spoofed.
This caller is actually "MLR Solutions" a debt collector that puts up a false name of "TULSA FINANCL O" on caller ID's. Their real name came up on their latest prerecorded nuisance call. Definitely raises a lot of red flags. They call from a number of similar numbers like this one and 610 768-8931 and 610 768-8932. These people are not to be trusted.
