These calls and others like them are scams and spoofing! You need to report them to the FTC! And send letters to Washington!!! These calls are really annoying and if you don't answer, they just keep calling! you need to get call blocking!! The FTC has a lot of info on their web site. I've found a lot of useful info on their site.
No message. Anything that comes in as just a city and state is probably bogus.
So just don't answer. Calls that I have gotten from just city and state in the ID have been, charity, political and even credit card reduction offers (sure) and even offering services I don't want or need.
