got it twice today, its def fraud, send something like, you've been selected by the U S government

Unwanted phone + privacy harassment.

I got a call from this # stateing that I will be recieving a $10000 grant from the US government. They also stated that I would not have to pay it back. He then said let me get some information from you and then the phone went dead. Tried to call it back. The # was no longer in service.

Got a call and didn't answer.  tried to call back, disconnected.  how can they call and one minute later, it is desconnected.
