Scammers and they are getting clever just never answer that phone they are trying to steal info and trying to steal money from accounts from your information they try to extort from you. Do not answer that phone call they will try and hack your phone and voicemail as well to use your number behind the scenes and you not know it. They ghost their numbers and hide behind your phone numbers to make illegal calls. Telling you it's a very bad deal never answer that phone!!
This number called my phone, and since I didn't hear it ring, they left a voicemail. Or so I thought.. When I listened to it, an first I heard silence, then someone clearing their throat, then eating chips, then a male whispering in the phone "I'm gonna call, and call, and call".. I'm a little freaked out by this.. Wth?? Creep!
