Number has called numerous times - never leaves a message.  Hate that we have no right as phone consumers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rodale called on a Saturday night, 7:07 pm and left an annoying disconnection tone on my answerng machine. I called back. Message said customer service is only open Monday - Friday. But yet they called me on a Saturday night. It also said they can be emailed at [email protected] (this was spelled out by the operator in the message). Emailed. Let's see if it does any good.
