Very very rude person claiming I am being charged with some sort of crime and wanting to verify address to serve me. VERY VERY RUDE. I TOLD HER SHE COULD SERVE ME AT THE ADDRESS SHE HAS. SHE ONLY VERIFIED THE HOUSE UMBER NOT THE FULL ADDRESS. SHE THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME TO CALL THE NUMBER OF THE PEOPLE SERVING ME. CLOWN
Called my parents house and when my mom answered "Hello" the woman on the other said "yeah". My mom said she was rude and very unprofessional. Asked for me and said that I gave "John" as a contact. Which is my dad's name. But I have been married 20 years, lived out of state the entire time and have never given my parents info our for anything as a contact or as a reference.
Told my mom it was Nextiva calling- which is a Business Communications providing VoIP solutions. Sounds fishy to me.
When I call back- the phone rings busy consistently.
called acting very rude and his name was john as well. he hung up on me when I started talking about legal terms to him, then after calling my house he called me on my cell phone stating he would come to my house, turns out hes not even looking for me and hes looking for someone else. he claims he is with nationwide.
Very rude person says he is Phil Davis Left a message for my son on my answering machine. Says he there is a claim against him and that he needed to verify the address for residence and employment to serve papers against. When I answer the phone they dont talk but if we don't answer they leave a message.
